One of the best gifts you can ever receive is the gift of contentment. Once you are content with your life happiness follows suit. If along the way someone pricks your happy bubble don’t wallow in misery because the more you dig your nose in your problems the more miserable you become. And happiness will inevitably evade you. An unhappy person can still find contentment even at the midst of problems just by straightening up his perspective. Think of all the good things that are happening in your life. If you are married be thankful that you have a husband and a child who love you and who are looking after you. If you have a job but you’re tired be grateful that you have a stable source of income. If you have a house and a car be content that you are living a comfortable life. Happiness isn’t just about reaching dreams; happiness is all around you if you learn to pay attention.

A bad day doesn’t equate to a bad life. Don’t let a bad day ruin what you’ve worked hard for. If you got a cold, give yourself a break from work.
